Dr. Ashley Wilk is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience gained from working in diverse hospital settings. Her career journey has fostered a deep passion for addressing a range of health-related challenges, including chronic pain, sleep disorders, tobacco cessation, weight management, and the psychological impacts of medical conditions. This broad exposure led Dr. Wilk to pursue a fellowship with a specialized focus on health psychology. During her fellowship, she developed a particular interest in treating sleep disorders, an area that continues to be her primary focus today.

Dr. Wilk’s dedication to treating sleep disorders is driven by her understanding of how insufficient sleep can negatively impact both mental and physical health. She believes a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep can greatly contribute to a positive start to the day. Fortunately, sleep issues like insomnia can often be effectively addressed in as few as four to six sessions.

While Dr. Wilk’s main focus is improving sleep, her background in clinical psychology enables her to treat a wide array of issues that may contribute to sleep disturbances, including depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms. Additionally, her experience in health psychology allows her to work with patients whose sleep is affected by medical conditions such as chronic pain.
